I helped start our business back in 2012, and we moved into our current building in March 2013. My background is rooted in agriculture. I earned my degree in Agronomy from UNL and spent 12 years working in seed corn production with Mycogen Seeds before launching this venture.

One of my favorite parts of my role is making sure our business stays at the forefront of the industry by adopting the latest technology and exploring new business segments. I’m passionate about finding ways to better serve our growers and ensure Precision Seed and Chemical continues to grow and adapt in an ever-changing agricultural landscape.

For the past 35 years, I’ve dedicated my career to Pioneer seed sales, and I’m proud to have built lasting relationships with growers throughout the region. My background covers not just seed sales, but also agronomy, crop consulting, and farming. I enjoy being involved in every aspect of helping our customers succeed.

What I enjoy most about my work is partnering with growers to make the best agronomic decisions for their operations. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a customer’s field thrive because of the right choices and support. Whether you’re looking for advice on hybrids, crop management, or just want to talk through your options, I’m always here to help.

I grew up on a farm with pigs and cattle, and agriculture has always been a big part of my life. My husband and I, along with our three kids, farm corn and soybeans and also raise cattle. Before joining Precision, I spent 15 years working in crop insurance and financial investments. My favorite part of my job is being the “frat house mom,” enjoying the positive work environment, and getting to talk with farmers every day!

I’ve been part of the team for two years now, but my roots in agriculture go much deeper—I grew up on my family’s farm and still stay active there whenever I can. What I enjoy most about my job is getting to work directly with our growers and helping them find solutions to the challenges they face. 

I’ve been with the company for four years. I grew up on our family farm in Callaway, and agriculture has always been a big part of my life. Before joining Precision, I worked for Circle M Agronomy out of Kearney and earned my bachelor’s degree in agronomy from UNL.

What I enjoy most about my job is getting to network with all the diverse customers we serve and working together to solve problems and find the best solutions for our growers. I’m passionate about helping our customers increase their ROI and succeed in their operations.
